ANAHATA CHAKRA BADDHA HASTA VIRABHADRASANA open Heart Chakra Hands Bound Warrior Pose from Sanskrit. The name of this pose comes from "Anahata Chakra" meaning " HeartChakra ", "baddha" meaning "bound", "hasta" meaning "hand", "virabhadra" in reference to a legendary warrior, and "asanas" meaning "posture" or "seat".
